The 30-Day DISCerning Leadership Challenge helps you understand your natural behavioural tendencies and make intentional improvements in your everyday leadership.
Over 30 days, you will participate in a structured learning experience delivered through a dedicated WhatsApp group, with daily leadership insights, practical challenges and opportunities for reflection.
Trevor E. S. Smith will guide the group, drawing on his extensive experience in behavioural intelligence, communication and leadership development.
You will also receive access to his DISC AI Coach—a purpose-built, personalised behavioural coaching solution informed by your assessment and supported by expert-curated behavioural knowledge and practical videos.

Group guidance and individual coaching are different.
Trevor guides the group. DISC AI Coach supports your individual behavioural learning and reflection. The US$90 registration does not include unlimited individual coaching sessions with Trevor E. S. Smith.
Each day, participants receive a WhatsApp message focused on one leadership topic.
Engage with a short, carefully selected leadership insight or video.
Explore the behavioural principle and consider its implications for your leadership effectiveness.
Put the insight into practice through a specific action, reflection or leadership interaction.
Acknowledge completion, participate in selected discussions and encourage fellow participants.
The focus is practical application, not simply acquiring knowledge.
Participants should plan to devote approximately 5–10 minutes daily to the learning activities, with additional time as appropriate for real-world application.
The WhatsApp group is a structured learning environment. These rules protect the quality of the experience and help everyone enjoy focused, respectful and productive learning.
Programme-related communication only. Posts must relate directly to the daily challenge, behavioural intelligence, leadership development or questions specifically invited by the facilitator.
No unsolicited messages. Advertising, promotions, unrelated videos, forwarded messages, political commentary, and general greetings are not permitted.
Respectful communication. Participants must treat one another with courtesy and professionalism. Personal attacks, discriminatory comments and disrespectful exchanges will not be tolerated.
Respect confidentiality. Participants must not share another participant’s comments, experiences, contact details or personal information outside the group without explicit permission. Avoid disclosing confidential workplace information or identifying individuals when discussing leadership situations.
No unsolicited private contact. Membership in the group does not constitute permission to contact other participants privately for marketing, solicitation or unrelated purposes.
Follow the daily structure and discussion windows. The facilitator will guide the learning process. Follow the daily instructions and share only when invited. All group discussion takes place inside the dedicated WhatsApp group. The group rules and the daily instructions will be shared within the group. Participants may complete private learning and reflection activities at a convenient time.
Participation is encouraged, not pressured. Some activities invite group interaction. Others involve private reflection or individual coaching through DISC AI Coach. Participants are not required to disclose sensitive personal or workplace experiences.
Facilitator moderation. The facilitator reserves the right to moderate discussions, remove inappropriate content and remove participants who repeatedly or seriously violate the rules.
The purpose of the group is to support learning, reflection and behavioural improvement.

Participation requires joining a WhatsApp group. Your telephone number, WhatsApp profile name and other information made visible by your WhatsApp settings may be accessible to fellow group members.
By joining, you acknowledge this aspect of group participation. The confidentiality rules require members to respect one another’s information, but they do not prevent information from being visible within WhatsApp.

Registration collects your full name, email address and WhatsApp telephone number (including country code). Please do not submit sensitive personal experiences or assessment results through checkout.
Payment, cancellation and refund terms: Full payment of US$90 is required at registration to secure your place. You may cancel at any time before 1 November 2026 and receive a full refund. If you cancel on or after the day the challenge begins, no refund is given for that challenge; instead, your payment can be applied to the next scheduled 30-Day DISCerning Leadership Challenge. Refunds are not available after the first seven (7) days of the challenge, because your Extended DISC Behavioural DNA Analysis and DISC AI Coach access are provisioned from the date your registration is confirmed. If Success with People Academy cancels or reschedules a challenge, you may take a full refund or transfer your place to the next scheduled challenge. Registrations may be transferred to another person at no cost if requested in writing before 1 November 2026. To cancel, transfer or ask a question, email info@successwithpeople.org. These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.

Following successful registration and payment, you will receive an email confirming your place. Your Extended DISC Behavioural DNA Analysis is prepared and sent to you personally by our team, so please watch your inbox for correspondence from info@successwithpeople.org with your assessment instructions. The same email will include your DISC AI Coach access details. You will be added to the dedicated WhatsApp group after your payment is confirmed, using the WhatsApp telephone number you provided at registration. Please give us a little time to add you once payment has been received.
Full payment of US$90 is due at registration. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before 1 November 2026. Once the challenge begins, your payment can be applied to the next scheduled challenge but is not refunded, and refunds are not available after the first seven (7) days, as your assessment and DISC AI Coach access are provisioned from your registration date.
